A certificate from an approved Homebuyer Education Course is required to purchase a home with DPCLT.
You may take this course at any of the following providers: ICCF, MSU Extension, Habitat, or the Framework Homebuyer Education Course.

These are valid for 12 months, so please make sure your certificate is recent upon submission.
